Social Responsibility
Elmarie has been fundraising for many years for SEAL COLLEGE, a school for mentally disabled children in Milnerton, Cape Town.
In 2014 enough funds were raised to purchase the first bus to transport the children to their outings. Now, in 2015, the fundraising continues to build a garage to house this bus.
On 8 August 2015, to commemorate Woman’s Day, we hosted and organized a fun(!)raiser for mothers, daughters and grandmothers. Laughter teacher Kate Squire-Howe was the guest speaker and taught us some laughter techniques. The cake icing competition was a roaring success and our guests shed all their stress and inhibitions when the giggling fits took over
